Order Cancellation

• The order can be cancelled up to 18 hours before delivery slot /pickup date. We charge 20% cancellation charges in any kind of cancellation.
• Same day cancellation is not offered, no refund is made for the same.
• Make sure to connect within our communication timings, Monday – Sunday (11:00 am to 7 pm).
• Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, Porusta holds the right to cancel and refund the order within 5 working days via the original payment method.
• In any such scenario, the customers will be notified in advance.
