Shipping policy

  • We take orders at least a day in advance for next day. 
  • We have two delivery time slots, i.e. 12 pm to 4 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm. The order will be delivered anytime between the time slot chosen, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. You can opt to pick up the order if there is time constraints.
  • If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please put in the number available for logistics to contact them. Apart from shipping details, we don’t send out any other details over text message or calls.
  • In case of inevitable weather conditions or festive / operationally heavy days, we might face delays. We will keep you posted in any such scenario. We seek co-operation from you during such circumstances.
