Welcome to Porusta! By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all online orders, payments, and deliveries made through Porusta’s website.
  • Porusta reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders

  • All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability, we will inform you and provide an alternative or refund.
  • Custom/bulk orders may require longer notice periods.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, Cash On Delivery.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes (clearly state based on your policy).

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer delivery within Delhi NCR in the time slots mentioned on the website.
  • Delivery timings are estimates; while we strive for accuracy, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If customers have strict timing requirements, self-pickup is recommended.
  • For surprise orders, please ensure the recipient or an alternate contact number is available for coordination.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 18 hours before delivery slot. Beyond this, no refunds will be processed.
  • Custom or bulk orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.

6. Quality & Liability

  • All our products are freshly baked and best consumed on the same day or as instructed.
  • Once delivered/picked up, Porusta is not responsible for product storage, handling, or damage caused after handover.
  • Allergy disclaimer: Some products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, content, and branding on this website are owned by Porusta. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
